Microsoft Updates

In my Control Panel/Add/Remove progs there are lots of updates. Some dated back to 2010. Would it be safe to remove them?

Windows release ?

I think if you remove them from this list then you are in fact uninstalling them, which you DONT want to do.

You want to install ALL Microsoft Updates and keep them up to date.

Nothing safe or unsafe about removing updates. I wud't remove them just hide them
