Problems Paying Online

hope I am in the right place but I am having problems trying to pay for car insurance online, I get all the details put in ok but when I get to secure payment when I have to enter bank details and passwords, I am seeing a bold grey coloured bar which goes across the full screen, this stops me being able to press the submit button cos I cant see it and I cant move the page up, hope this makes sense, help needed

You could try a different browser jes, might work but would be a pain in the bum to fill all the details out again.

didn't realise I had chrome on computer and have managed to make my payment but have another question I need to scan a document and then download so I can email it on, but it only does A4 and the document is a lot longer, so if I scan etc how can a reduce it so that it is only on 1 page as I suspect it will scan on 2
