I am getting a strange message popping up on my Windows 7 laptop asking me to download something called Iobit\driverbooster\vcl120.bpl

I have used IObit Malware fighter and Advanced System Care for a while now but this is the first time I've seen this message.

Does anyone know if this is safe?

I've been using regularly on my W8 PC for the last several months and it hasn't caused any problems. Certainly seems to keep the drivers up to date.
This has been playing on my mind since I last posted but I hope that if you decide to download Driver Booster (the Free version is what I use) that you get it via ASC or directly from the IOBit website http://www.iobit.com/driver-booster.php

Thanks for the advise, but I have never seen Interactive Services Detection in my system tray before. What is this?
I have never had the ISD pop up in the system tray - did it start once you had installed Drive Booster or anything else?

A quick search finds this http://blogs.msdn.com/b/patricka/archive/2011/03/14/troubleshooting-interactive-services-detection.aspx which has a more comprehensive explanation than other websites. There are a few people on those other sites who recommend turning off the notification and others who find that a satisfactory answer but it is not getting to the bottom of the problem, just ignoring it.
