Further To An Elements 12 Question

Genuine disc (Amazon) been using it for about 10 weeks and OK
Now loads and tells me i have X days left of my trial, and does not run smoothly i.e meets a problem and closes.
Any ideas welcome

Thx Don't know about trial message because as i said i bought a genuine Elements 12 disc and this has not happened until recently over 2 months from purchase so it is still asking for sign in to continue trial.
BTW about the slow-ness and shut down nonsense i mentioned I am being told that my PC is not man enough for all i want on it. This will be sorted

If you did not apply your Product Key when you installed the programme from the CD Disc, then a lot of programmes will only run a trial version.

Go through the options and look for an option to upgrade or verify your copy by confirming the product key.

You did read the other thread, didn't you?

In the Help menu within the program is the option for activating the full version, so select that and enter the serial number that you should have.

Thought the option must be there somewhere, but have no experience of Elements 12.
