Humax Digital Recorder 9300T

My Humax is three years old. I keep losing my Recording Schedule. It is there at night, gone in the morning.

I have tried resetting to Factory Default: Reformatting Hard Drive: Disabling Auto Software update:

All to no avail.

Humax say it looks like a repair job or a new one.

Anybody have any other suggestions.

I have the same machine - if you allow it to update the tuner you will lose your recording schedule. I have had several incidences lately of "a new channel has been discovered. Update Tuner?" I always refuse it as it's usually been a new station I'm not particularly interested in and I've lost my recording schedule on the occasions I've accepted it.
