Photo Duplicates

Please can anyone recommend a programme or App that will pick out duplicates jpg photos on my Apple Mac. They seem to reproduce at an alarming rate and I don't know why!!

Sorry to hijack your post. Is there a good Windows program that will do the same?

If you are using IPhoto then it copies photos into its library, then creates a thumbnail and then if you tweak it in iPhot you end up with the original iPhoto file, its thumbnail, the tweaked photo and its thumbnail! And then the original file wherever it was!

Although I use a Desktop PC (Windows 7) this may help if they do a Mac version and its free!
