Mp3 Player

Help please! I have downloaded music to MP3 player and list of same shows on computer. However, whilst music plays from the MP3 player ok onto the computer, it cannot be heard through the earphones.

Is this something to do with FAT/NTFS file system or different file endings of the music?

Happy to say problem solved. It was a file system error and MP3 now running beautifully. Thx.
