Are there any flight simulator games for an xbox or any downloadable games for the pc ? I was told once those games that come in the form of a dvd (disc) can corrupt the files on a computer so i'm reluctant to get one.

Aerofly FS for pc is good, you can get on on steam or download it from their website. Flight fx is the highest rated simulator for pc, will take some practice getting used to though.
