My Samsung Tablet

is playing up. Yesterday, whilst on AB, it became completely unresponsive and I couldn't even switch it off. Eventually, it went off by itself. 

Today, it has been telling me that pages are unresponsive and I have had to shut AB down and start again. An additional thing that's happening today is that some of the written responses are blurred but they eventually clear. 

Anyone have an idea of what I might do? 
It's a Samgung 2. 10.1

Are you using Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean?

Gromit, I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that question.

Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean is the most up to date version of the operating software. If you are using an older version, any bugs may have been sorted out in the newer version.

Have you tried doing a software update?

I don't know how to do that, Gromit. My tablet is one year old now. Is it going to need new software already?

I have just looked in settings and it does say 4.2.2

It just loads the update tilly. It is free. It will do it automatically. The blurred page happens on my Samsung devices. It is not a fault, the device is just loading the data. The unresponsive page dones not mean there is a fault with the tablet either.
