Help!!!.... I have a portable hard drive and I cannot work out how to download programmes shown on the BBC to my portable hard drive, every time I try to do this all I manage to do is down load something that looks like encrypted code. I am desperate as I want to be able to download a Frank Sinatra documentary, please help.
