Uninstalling A Program

When I start my laptop I get a window. Installing/initialising Winlocker I dont remember downloading this prog and would like to uninstall it. I have gone into Control Panel-Programs-Uninstall a Program but cant find it listed. Any advice please.

Winlocker is a malware infection . To remove it you will to use a program like MalwareBytes . If you don't have it installed on your computer then download it and install it. There are two versions of it make sure only install the free version when download it. It should remove it for you.

Try to work out where you got it from too. Did the laptop come with it already, or did you download/install something and not spot the additional extras it wanted to install with it and so not untick the box telling it you didn't want them ? Worth getting savvy about such things.
