Other Windows Visible?
I'm running a PC with Win8.1 and I'm having a problem with the transparecy/opacity of the open window.
If I, as an axample, run a video via the VLC player, you can still see a faint image of the open window below - albeit faintly - on the top image.
So by using Explorer to find the file I want to play, the image of that window is still visible.
Not too uch of a problem until you get a basic dark, night-time scene and the two panes and the folder/file list becomes quite noticeable.
Googled it but without any joy, Any ideas peeps?

I haven't had a transparency/opacity issue but decided to give this a go and it lets me vary the opacity.

Sorry for misunderstanding the question - if you right click on the desktop and choose the Personalise option from that menu, then click on Colour from the bottom four options to bring up the window borders and taskbar colours, is there an option there for transparency?
