Real Player. Problems Recording Things

I have Real Player downloaded on the comp and to be fair it's not bad. However I have lost the faccility to record stuff and I can't get any response from them when I inquire. Does anybody know how to fix this problem. I used to be able to record anything I was watching but now nothing !! Help please Chris

You could try recording Youtube clips via RealPlayer from another browser.
