Screen Freezing

I am having a lot of trouble accessing the answerbank. topics will not open and the screen and cursor lock It has taken me nearly 20 mins to type this.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I had the same trouble with my old laptop. It was 7 years old. The problem was only on AB, all other sites were fine. I got a new laptop in August and the problem has gone away.

It seems to happen when either your internet connection or AB are overloaded - or both.

Using a different browser may help - but not always

I do get the problem on other sites as well -but not nearly as often

Seems to be those that are funded by ads - maybe that's a factor

Have you tried another Browser or are you still using AOL.?
