Replacement Leds/lamps

Hi
Both the power on and "standy by/sleep" LEDs/Lamps have packed up on my HP Pavilion Desktop (Slimline S5278UK). Does anybody know where I might be able to get some replacements ? Not really important but if I can fix it I might as well !!
