Weird!
Normally when someone reports that one or more web pages is being redirected to another site I'd immediately suspect a browser hijack. However the address you're being redirected to (even though it doesn't seem to exist anyway) is still one on Google's server, so I'm mystified.
However I'd still try the usual things associated with dealing with browser hijacks:
1. Clear your browser's cache.
2. Check the list of installed extensions for your browser, to see if anything nasty has been added.
3. Check your list of installed programs, to see if anything has recently been installed without your knowledge.
4. Download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/
(NB: When installing, take care to deselect the pre-ticked option to take a free trial of the Premium version).
5. If none of the above have helped, note down the names of any browser extensions you wish to keep. Reset your browser to its default state. Reinstall the extensions.
If you need help with anything above, please tell us which browser you're using.
