Cant Connect To Hotmail.

I was trying to install avast free antivirus, which came up in Spanish, which I couldn't download, after that i could'nt get hotmail, answer bank came up but I could only read it, it won't connect, I am on Windows 7 and not high tech.

It appears you may have a virus and some malware in your computer. Do you have Malware Bytes on your computer if not download it and run a quick scan . If haven't got it only download the free version as that is all you will need. What antivirus do you have ? If you have one on your computer run a full scan and see what it finds. I had a similar situation when my Skype was changed to German language and I had malware infection which once it was removed all was ok again.

Further to the above, if you download Malwarebytes make sure you UNTICK the box which is already ticked for the free trial version.

if you want safe downloads with no "baddies" only download what you want from the official web site of that product OR use the CNET download web site

CNET used to be good but it's full of spyware and stuff now. I no longer would trust or recommend it.

not in my experience there well know for malware free downloads
i trust them 100% and i scan for just that after each download anyway
