Printing
I have recently changed internet suppliers and since I installed my new Hub and it was activated I cannot print photos but I can print documents. When trying to print a photo it tells me that the printer is offline. Any help would be appreciated.

We need some more information please:
Firstly ,what are you printing FROM?
i.e. are you using (say) a desktop computer to print both documents and photos, or (say) an Android device (such as a tablet) for one or both of them?
Next, what are you printing WITH?
i.e. (assuming, for the purposes of my example, that you're solely using a Windows computer) are you printing documents from (say) Microsoft Word but photos from (say) Windows Picture Viewer?
Then, HOW does your device (or 'do your devices', as applicable) connect to your printer?
i.e. are you (for example) using a wireless connection from your PC to your router, and then a further wireless connection from the router to the printer or (again, for example) connecting one device directly to your printer (without going via your router) using a cable or a wireless facility such as AirPrint?
Lastly, when your new router was installed did you remember to reconfigure the printer so that it searched for the router and allowed you to enter its Security Key? (It might also help to tell us the make & model of the printer)?

Since you're now no longer using a wireless connection there would be no need for you to do so. (It's only needed when you change wireless networks).
Based upon the information you've provided, uninstalling the printer and then reinstalling it again is likely to fix the problem for you:
1. Go to 'Devices & Printers' from your start button. (Depending upon the version of Windows you're using, you might need to go via the control Panel).
2. Right-click on the icon for your printer and click on 'Remove this device'. If prompted to confirm your decision, do so.
3. Turn both your computer and printer off.
4. Remove the USB lead connecting them.
5. Turn both devices on again.
6. Insert the CD that came with your printer into your computer's drive.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions that will appear, taking particular care to ensure that you choose the USB option if asked to select a connection method.
8. Those instructions will tell you when to connect the USB cable. Then (hopefully) everything should be fully working again.
