Whenever I use C.Cleaner; shortly afterwardsI I find that I have to re-sign in to my hotmail using my password etc. (including a message that a code will be sent to my phone for security) How do I overcome this?

I didnt find mine much good

you will find on a set-up page somewhere a toggle box of "erase pass words" it is on the same page as 'erase browsing history' which of course every teenager has toggled (yes)

untoggle it and your passwords will be preserved

The box stating "saved passwords" isn't ticked, which is why I was puzzled. [I only have the free version]

I use the free version all the time. It's an odd thing with Ccleaner. Even with the "saved passwords" box unchecked, it still loses them.

I just sign back in to applications and tick the "remember me" option..... or similar alternatives. That gets things back to normal next time you log in.

I was unaware CCleaner removed the cookies holding your username/password. I thought in the options you could untick cleaning such things. Do check just in case.
