Computer Failure

Whilst using my HP laptop yesterday, all of sudden it just flashed brightly then just went dark, then no power or anything. Was plugged into charger whilst I was using it. Any ideas please?

Gets confusing when there are two identical questions in seperately listed 'Topics' without any cross reference being given by the OP.

You could have just left your question in 'Tecnology'. Where I have given an answer. At present I am now subscribed to both threads.
