TV programmes, you mean like Catch-up and similar from the Net or are you looking for one you can plug an aerial in to get terrestrial TV ?
Does it have to be word processing from a Microsoft package ? There are free MS Office compatible 'office suites' out there.
Can't help but feel your requirements are modest and most would be suitable.

This will suit you unless you want to connect it to tv arial. (You can buy an adapter for under £10 to do that, or use a web based service such at TV Catchup or BBC iPlayer to watch live tv)

You are not going to get Microsoft Word on a budget pc but as OG has said, there are free programs that are just as good and compatible with Microsoft Word

I like ebuyer. Have bought several times from them and I find the ratings of products quite helpful when choosing. Also free delivery. They also seem quite reasonably priced to me.

Bathy and ummm...I can only speak from my experience. I am lucky in that a nephew's friend works there, and I try to see him if I can. Like all 17 year olds, he know more about computers than I will ever do !
I had a problem with a faulty keyboard recently, that I bought in March. I had lost the receipt but PC World were very helpful and I was still able to exchange it for a new one.
Handsome is as handsome does, as far as I am concerned !
