I recently had a problem with safe search and loads of downloading adverts. I can't get rid of. The also download real Malware programme but the prolem has not gone away. I am not sure Malware problem is actually working not setting up as should work. Can somebody help please. I recently had a stroke and am gradually sorting out my PC

Download and run Malware Bytes free it should remove this malware if not go to a website called PCHELL which has instructions on how to remove all sorts of viruses and malware . When you download Malware Bytes make sure you remove the tick from the free trial of the PRO version.

Sorry I have not replied earlier I a have malware including full version but not
managed to fit as guided from here and still getting adverts regular especially google go is into start each day trying scan but does not last long any other suggestions or how to contact malware for their help

A few questions to assist with possible help analysis:

What is the version of Microsoft Windows that are you using on your PC?

Do you have a main Anti-Virus program installed that automatically starts up and continues to run when Windows starts, if so what product name is it?

What web browser are you using?

I'd definitely do steps 2 and 3 in the above article, with possibly a further scan with Malwarebytes in addition.

believe it not I am still trying to revolve this issue. Every time I join on I get an offer of adverts which get in get in the way and update I have had a job to try what I am trying to do to get sorted. I have things which help too. I am trying to do without calling anyone in to sort out. I hopefully will sort it out in only and will update in due course Wendyl
