Does anyone know if it is possible to save copies of e-mails sent and received to an External Hard Drive.

If so how please.

Have tried but does not seem to work.

What email program do you use to access your emails?

Can you not just copy and paste them to office or documents then transfer to EHD.

Windows Live Mail, also have BT

Open the email click on "File" "Save" "Save file as" and select destination
