Computer "performance" Regularly Shows Up To 100 Pct
My computer "performance" regularly shows up to 100 pct with minimum usage. When I click an internet link it'll go from almost zero to 100% and then hover there even after I've exited the page.
Any clues as to the cause and how this issue can be resolved?
Many thanks.

(NB: It's important to start the Task Manager before you encounter problems. It will be almost impossible to start it when something is hogging all of your system's resources).
Also, since malware can be the cause of such problems, download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

(NB: At the end of the installation process you'll encounter a pre-ticked box against an offer of a free trial of the Premium version of that product. Click to remove that tick before proceeding!).
