Using The Mouse Is Such A Nuisance

I'm busy downloading photographs and it's getting a bit tedious. However, I could speed things up a bit if I didn't have to keep taking my fingers from the keys in order to grasp the mouse. I use the mouse once I'm on a picture that I like, then I have to right click to open the Choice Box (or whatever it's called) then left click on 'Save Image As.'

Can't this be done just by using the keys? Computers haven't always had a mouse

shift key + F10 should give you right-click functions
when you get a menu up, you can usually use the up and down arrows to get where you want then click "Enter". But it will depend exactly what program you have, I expect.

It's brought the wrong menu up. The menu reads: Back; Forward (in grey); Reload; Save as...; Print...; Translate to English; View page source; Inspect

The menu that I want should read: Open image in new tab; Save image as...; Copy image; Copy image address; Search Google for image; Inspect
Was the picture highlighted first ? It might make a difference to the menu.
Experiment with tab to select the next picture file. Maybe control tab ? I don't know for sure but that's the sort of thing that I'd try.
Or maybe the cursor/arrow keys ?
my photos all download to pics automatically when I plug in camera !
Can you download (from wherever) multiple picture files at once by using the mouse and control click ? If so that'd speed things up.
