Using Sdhc Card To 'ready Boost' Laptop - Help Please!
2 Answers
MS Windows 10 help have said that I can put an SDHC 16gb card into my laptop to help boost the speed a little.
They say to put in card - go to Ready Boost - click on that and move 'slider' to the position I want to boost! This is the part that eludes me. Do I leave it in the middle or slide it to maximum and what does this mean and what does it do (in simple terms) please?
Thanks a lot

If you don't want to use the card for storage (e.g. for storing your documents or photos on) you can simply move the slider to the maximum position available. If you want to use the card for both increasing your RAM and for storing files on, you'll need to decide how much space you want to allocate to each function.
