What does it It keeps appearing as a message every time I open Internet explorer and will no go away or be changed or uninstalled. I used Windows 7. Do I need it as I can see why it will make and difference to the reasons I use my computer.

If you don’t use it you can removed it by using the Adobe uninstaller
