Unable To Print Via Cloud Prini From Android Yoga 2 Tablet To Hp5640 E Al In One Printer
My printer has suddenly stopped working correctly via Cloud Print. It will copy documents and print a PDF file by HPrint but not by cloud print.
My tablet is an Android Yoga 2 and my printer is a cloud ready HP5640 e-All-in-One Printer.
If I try and print a Word Doc or Gmail or internet page it shows error and when I press details it says "COULD NOT DELIVER PRINT JOB TO THE PRINTER"
I Unplugged the printer ,& removed the power cord. Turned the tablet off.
I unplugged the router waited and plugged it back in. Put the power cord in and plugged printer into wall socket and turned it on. Turned the tablet on & checked WLAN said CONNECTED
Checked the panel on the front of printer says Wireless ON and CONNECTED
Tried to print a document same ERROR "COULD NOT DE!IVER PRINT JOB TO THE PRINTER"
Selected PRINTERS shows ENVY 5640 e-All-in One Printer & when I clicked it said PRINTER IS ONLINE READY TO PRINT
It is just Cloud print because if I go into Settings ,- Downloads - PDF file & select HPeprint and print it prints from there.
I am really confused about this so any help would be appreciated
