Edge Browser.
Morning....has anyone tried the new Beta version of the Edge browser? Have been having a look at it for a week or so now and it appears to be much faster, cleaner and less laggy then the original. Page loads are really fast, and now I have sorted out my "settings" I an ready to make it my default browser. Worth a look if you are using Edge.

All modern browsers let you change the default search engine. Here's how to do it in Chrome:

As TC says, the latest version of Edge is based upon Chromium, as are many other browsers (notably Opera and Vivaldi). So there are other browsers available which might meet your needs just as well, or better, than Edge. (I quite like Vivaldi as a reserve browser but I'll be sticking to Firefox as my first choice)

So why don't you? If you want to have a 'reserve' browser available, install Vivaldi if want one based on Chromium or Firefox if you'd rather have one which uses a different source code - or opt for a 'tri-core' browser, such as Avant (which is also on my desktop).
