Junk Mail Folder Disappeared In Outlook .......
3 Answers
I use outlook for one of my emails and I log on, by going to https://outlook.live.com/ using chrome on my laptop. I noticed today that my junk email folder has disappeared and no amount of searching through the other folders can find it.
I logged on using my phone and also using chrome and I can see the junk folder okay, so I initially thought that the problem must have been related to my laptop ..... however, when I log on using another browser on my laptop, I can see the junk folder okay, so it appears that the problem is chrome related, but only on my laptop.
I googled the problem and found lots of other people have had the same issue, but I couldn't find a solution.
Anyone any ideas please??

Weird .... I haven't touched anything and for some reason or other, it's just fixed itself - the "junk email" folder is back to where it should be.
Thanks for the links .... but not needed now, although I may need to have a look if the problem returns.
Anyway, have another BA to go with your gazillions of others :)

Not that it matters now. But you do need to sync your outlook(microsoft) account across the different devices that you are accessing it on. Otherwise it can take a while for the different devices to " catch" up with each other after you have logged on with one or the other. Another good idea is to share bookmarks/favourites between browsers if you are using different browsers on different devises.
