have you tried removing the battery and then putting it back in?

depending on your supplier, you could put the sim card in another phone temporarily then it may just copy the text chain on the new phone.

When your phone is up and running again link it to your PC (if it's running W10) and you will always have access to your texts and photos

Thanks all. Have tried removing battery. Not sure how to copy text chain. THECORBYLOON will try that.
