Have you checked the web site of your motherboard? It's apparent the two beeps when the Windows loads has a specific meaning and only your M/B manual or web site can tell you what causes the obvious error and, how to repair the system.

thanks beegeebee 4 your reply sorry if I sound a bit thick but do you mean the make of pc web site I dont have a manual
think i have been having the same prob ,not loading windows just bios , except my pc ( peice of poo! ) lol would not even load in safe mode so i just went and bought a new hard drive 250gb for under 80 notes maplin bargin.
80 is hardly a bargain Indie, Ebuyer sells them for around 50.Most of Maplins pooter gear is well over-priced.
The problem could possibly be cured by a re-install of Windows but is more likely to be a hardware fault such as a dry joint on a contact of a module which when it has heated up after 20 minutes makes a proper contact.
Beegeebees suggestion is a good course to follow. The make of motherboard might be shown up on the first POST screen. When you have ascertained which BIOS your PC has, look up the code on this page http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm
