How do you get a toolbar to appear underneath the subject line when sending an email so you can enlarge font size. Many thanks

Hi brandyone, in Outlook Express click on 'Create Mail' and in the window that appears click on 'View' then 'Toolbars' then 'Formatting Bar'.
