Stop Outlook adding messenger contacts!

I know people have asked similar questions before, but Outlook has just started adding random msn messenger contacts to my address book, which i really dont want it to do.

There must be an easy way to stop it doing this without editing the registry, surely..............?

open OUTLOOK and from the TOOLS drop down menu select OPTIONS and click on the SEND tab. You then have the option of unticking the problem box . hope this helps
