Printer has stopped working after 16 months. Power cable fine (tried it with something else) printer will just not start. Is there anyway to get inside and check for loose cables, connections - can't see any screws!!

Check your power and USB cables, also some PC's will not work if one ink cartridge has run out of ink. Its most likely to be a software issue than anything inside the printer.

Try un-installing the printer and re-installing it again, failing that, try the printer on a different PC.
