Is there anywhere on line I can get a year planner, that I can add my appointments to, and keep updating?

I use google calendar, a free web based calendar that can be accessed from any computer. It can be viewed in day, week or month format.

It's not a year planner - but I can add appointments, events and so on, and the agenda tab shows all upcoming appointments for the year, in a clear list.

It also pops up a reminder of schedule, which is very useful.

I would recommend it to anyone.

Alternatively, just google "Year planner software", and you will find loads of software.
You can create it in MS Office word and find references as well. However, if you want a pre-designed source to plan your appointment you can also look for this https://www.buraqprintables.com/simple-monthly-appointment-schedule-template-1580.html
