adding extra fonts to my pc

on my laptop i have a font called "chick " ,how can i get this on my pc ? both are runing windows xp ,although the laptop is newer

All fonts installed in XP can be found in the folder
C:\WINDOWS\Fonts

Simply copy the font named 'Chick' from the laptop and place it in that folder on your PC.

thanks kempie , but my laptop and pc are not connected ,is there a website i can download the chick font onto my pc?

thats the one ,i've now downloaded it and it is stored in my documents ,how can i transfer it to windows / fonts so i can print from it ?
