Printing from the internet

Can anyone help me? Suddenly, I cannot print e-mails or click on site names. A message comes up saying 'an error has occurred in this script'. I now have to copy and paste.Why would this happen suddenly? Do hope someone can help

Hi Heatherglen - Just picked up your earlier message on Q&P. I really wish I could assist but am not familiar with this problem - sounds like a corrupt file, possibly in your System32 directory, or you may have to run Regedit. I am not qualified to advise you and would recommend caution before going under the bonnet.

The solution recommended at the end of the page is:

Start, Run, type
regsvr32 ole32.dll
click ok

This may or may not solve your problem otherwise see what other AB members have to say. Good Luck! ☺ja
