Presumably, you mean when you are trying to open attachments, rather than the e-mails themselves? If so, you need to check the extension of the attachment (the three characters after the fullstop) and post back. It's not asking you to create a folder, but a "file association". A file association is an entry in a list that tells Windows which Windows which program to use to open a file of a particular type. But you can't tell windows which program to use unless you already have that information! If you post back here the file extension, I or someone else can then explain what you need to do next.

rojash... the three characters(letters) after the fullstop are PPS, l dunno if this is what you meant..... thanks mate
A .pps file is a Power Point Slideshow and to open this type of file, you either need MS Powerpoint installed, or a powerpoint viewer.

See here: http://www.masterviews.com/2004/11/06/how_to_o pen_powerpoint_pps_files_without_powerpoint_in stalled.htm and if you scroll down the page, there is a link to install a free viewer.
Just to add to Sammy Snake's post... If you install the free viewer as he/she recommends, then the file association will be created automatically, so you don't need to do anything else!
