A logging on or Email problem??
2 Answers
Can anybody offer a solution to a problem I have? I have Windows XP and have just changed my ISP. After I did so, I opened up three emails I had received via my old ISP. However despite deleting these emails, when I now open my computer and reach the "Welcome" illustration, it shows that I have 3 unopened emails waiting for me from my old ISP. I do not know if this is a logging in or email problem. Does anybody know how to get rid of these "ghost" comments? Thanks.

I actually have Outlook Express.
The technician from the new ISP helped me set up new email addresses. Do not think he deleted the old settings. Do you know how to do this, as I am not very computer literate??? In addition, my other half now sees on his email page that some (possible phantom) emails are trying to reach him, at least I think they are phantom!!
