cant find picture

I took a photo on my digital camera and put it on my computer. I have it as my desktop picture but I cant find it in my picture folder How an Earth can I find it?? in the list where you choose which picture to use as a desktop picture it is just listed as "internet explorer wallpaper"

Go to Start > Search and search for 'internet explorer wallpaper'. Be careful to enter the name exactly as it appears on the selection menu, including things like underscores; it might be simpler to just look for 'wallpaper'.

Alternatively, if the file is still on your PC as a jpeg (which is the file format which digital cameras normally use), a search for *.jpg will find all jpeg files.

Some wallpaper files are stored as bitmaps. If so, a search for *.bmp will find all bitmap images.

In that desktop list, click (highlight) the internet explorer wallpaper one and click the browse button on the right.

I bet you ten bob to a heap of goat's poo that a new window will open and show you where your piccie is situated.
