Print queue can't be cleared

Documents are not being printed (by one networked laser printer).

There are documents in the print queue but it's not possible to delete them.

Does anyone know another way to clear the print queue?

Do you mean a home network or a server-controlled network?

I'd try restarting the print spooler on server and/or cancelling as Admin on the server if the latter.

Many lasers also have a manual "delete print jobs" function somewhere in the menu if you have the sort of printer that has an LCD display and some hard buttons.

It's a server-controlled network. Any idea what causes this in the first place?

IP address of printer has maybe changed? Possible if using DHCP.
