Windows Update

Hi all. I use a fully legal copy of XP Pro, and have been getting updates without any problems... The website had a link for 'Microsoft Update' to do XP and Office at the same time, and now i use that. But when i check for updates, all i get is the green bar moving along and nothing else happens. Can anyone give me a hand in sorting this out? Thanks. PM.

Does it still work the way you used to do it?

It does often take a looooooong time to progress past that screen (I usually give it an hour and then try another day).

Works in just the same way - except it updates all Microsoft software installed - ie office aswell. I left it like you said, leMarchand, and it does do it. Over 10 minutes just to check!!!
