I would be really grateful for some advice: when typing any Word document, I try to type the word I (capital letter) and the machine self corrects to give me a lower case i every time. I have tried searching the Help facility but with no success. Please could someone help? Thank you.

The only way that I could duplicate this problem was as follows:
Tools/AutoCorrect Options
Reverse the entry for replace "i" with "I".

I can't imagine how that could happen accidentally, but it's worth checking that you have the correct entry in the table - i.e. Replace "i" with "I"
Im with rojash on that!!
