Database for Yahoo! Group

I have started a Yahoo! Group for my doggy friends and we would like to show a list of dog shows in a database. I can't find anywhere that tells me how to set one up. Other groups I am on have the word Database in the menu on the left, but mine doesn't. Any ideas?

When you first set up the account and you went throught the wizzard thing, you should have been given the option to who is allowed to view the database, by default this is set to members only,

If you go to management which is the last tab on the left you should be able to change the forum permission to choose to add the database.
