Alphabetical order

I have windows XP, publisher and Office. Will any of these systems put a long list of names in alphabetical order.........Thanks in advance

Yes, Microsoft Excel or Word, from within Microsoft Office.

If you have created the list as a Word Document, highlight the text and then click on Table, and then in the dropdown menu click on A-Z Sort

I have looked in the index for office etc and could find no answer to my problem
