I have been very silly and deleted a file from recycle bin anyway of getting it back please reply in easy to follow instuctions I am a bit of a novice system is Windows XP if thats any help.

Thanks for your help folks a work colleague sorted it by using system restore putting it back to day before all seems to be ok
