help!! last nite i installed this programme as my free period with talktalk expired yesterday. now my pc wont boot up. it gets to the sign in screen and then restarts itself thus going around in circles. any advice from all you tecchie out there would be appreciated.

Start the machine in safe mode (start hitting F8 as soon as the hardware has finished booting and before Windows start to boot, then select Safe mode from the menu).

Then perform a system restore and/or uninstall the program

Just before the windows screen itself shows up you can normally press F8 (sometimes it's a little different though), to get a list of options for booting into windows, and one of them will be safe mode. Choose this.

Hopefully that'll work (the colours on screen may look weird), and you can uninstall it and then see if it boots normally.

Is that the only thing you did, that could have stopped it from booting into windows?

as far as i know yes thats all i did. i just followed the on screen instructions.
