Hi, I have been trying to put the MS Office Service Pack 3 on my computer, but it keeps asking for the original disks which I don't have as it's a Tiny machine and was pre-installed when I bought it. Does anyone know how to get round it, or can you get the file it asks for on disk HELP!!

if Office was pre-installed when you bought it then they should have given you an Office disk for this very reason.

You MAY have the file or files it is looking for on your hard disk.

Next time you are asked for the original CD try changing the directory to the one where Office is installed.
