cant open web links on e-mails

I used to be able to open web links on my e-mails but now it doesnt happen. Obviously something has become upticked please can someone tell me what to tick. Thanks alot

Assuming you are using OE, try this:

Click Tools/Options
On the Read tab make sure that there is not a check in "Read all messages in Plain Text"

On the Security tab, make sure that Internet Zone is selected rather than Restricted Sites Zone
